Pure Pennsylvania Maple Syrup, taken to temperature and vigorously stirred. The magic of heat of hydration transforms the sweet liquid to a granular state of 100% natural sugar. No harmful processing or additives, it's just maple syrup without the liquid. 

 

Maple Sugar is a 1 to 1 substitute for white or brown sugar. 

 

* My favorite use is maple cheesecake.  

1 block of cream cheese, 1 cup of maple sugar, mix together for 5 minutes, fold in 1 tub of cool whip, place in a premade graham cracker pie crust, refrigerate overnight, enjoy.
